According to open registries, while serving as Deputy Commander of the 144th Separate Special Purpose Aviation Regiment of the Long-Range Aviation Command of the Air Force of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, and previously holding the position of Commander of an aviation squadron of the 44th Separate Special Purpose Aviation Regiment, he exercised direct operational command of units, organized combat operations, and personally participated in combat sorties.

There are reasonable grounds to believe that this individual is involved in organizing and directly executing criminal orders for launching aeroballistic missiles (such as the Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal”) at densely populated cities, energy, and civilian infrastructure facilities that are not military targets.
