Valentin Yurevich Bych (born August 4, 1980), together with other Russian military personnel, from September 1 to 5, 2022, while in the urban-type settlement of Borova, Izium Raion, Kharkiv Oblast, used violence and cruelly treated civilian residents who held an open pro-Ukrainian stance and had participated in 2014-2015 as part of Ukraine's defense forces in the fight against the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and members of the terrorist groups "LPR" and "DPR".
At the time of the events in Borova, they had already been discharged from military service.
