Imerzaev Arbi Adnonievich

Imerzaev Arbi Adnonievich is a Soldier, scout-sniper of the reconnaissance section of a reconnaissance platoon — military unit 4156 — 141st Separate Special Motorized Regiment “Sever” (North) of the 46th Separate Operational Purpose Brigade of the North Caucasus District of the Russian National Guard Forces (FS VNG RF).

According to open registry data, while serving as a scout-sniper of the 141st Special Motorized Regiment “Sever” of the 46th Separate Operational Purpose Brigade of the North Caucasus District of the Russian National Guard Forces, he carried out reconnaissance and search operations, conducted aimed fire, observed the battlefield, and directly performed combat missions.

33 UAH, thereby violating the requirements of Articles 32, 147 of the Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of August 12, 1949, and Articles 28, 47 of the Convention “Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land” of October 18, 1907, in connection with which he is suspected of committing a crime under Part 2, Article 28, Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Such actions grossly violate the norms of international humanitarian law, qualifying as war crimes, creating and implementing real threats to the national interests, national security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

In addition, the person did not exercise the right to refuse to carry out a clearly criminal order, the obligation not to execute which is stipulated by norms of international law, thus becoming an accomplice to the crime.
