Kolesnikov Ruslan Vladimirovich (born April 20, 1968), together with other Russian military personnel, from September 1 to 5, 2022, while in Borova, Izium district, Kharkiv region, used violence and cruelly treated civilians who had an open pro-Ukrainian stance and had participated in the fight against the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and members of the terrorist groups "LPR" and "DPR" as part of the Ukrainian defense forces in 2014-2015.
