   SBU Released Relative's Testimony on Strikes on Irpin and Bucha

   The SBU Directorate in Cherkasy Oblast published a video address by the head of Tekucha village, A. Gershun, who stated that his relative, Deputy Commander of the 6th Air Force and Air Defense Army Major General Vitaly Shkolenko, personally gave orders to bomb Irpin, Bucha, Kyiv, and Holovanivsk.

   Appointed Commander of the 105th Guards Composite Aviation Division

   According to the evocation.info profile, from December 1, 2013, to August 31, 2017, Vitaly Shkolenko served as commander of the 105th Guards Composite Aviation Division; in 2015, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 619, he was awarded the military rank of Major General. The division is part of the 6th Air Force and Air Defense Army, which he later commanded.
