On the territory of an enterprise in the village of Dymer, Kyiv Oblast, Turkin, together with another serviceman, by prior conspiracy, conducted an illegal interrogation of the enterprise owner, inflicted multiple blows to his head and body (fractures, injuries), and threatened to kill him.
