The 69th Guards Motorized Rifle Krasnoselskaya Order of Lenin, Red Banner Division is a formation of the 6th Guards Combined Arms Red Banner Army of the Leningrad Military District, associated with the garrison in Kamenka, Vyborgsky District. The division was formed in 2024 on the basis of the 138th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade. The old card for the 138th brigade should be retained as a historical predecessor, and the 69th division should be made the current canonical entity.

The division was formed in 2024 by reorganizing the 138th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade (Kamenka, Leningrad Oblast), which was transferred to Kharkiv Oblast in February 2022 and immediately engaged in combat with Ukrainian Armed Forces formations. Its historical predecessor suffered heavy losses in the winter of 2014–2015: under the command of then-brigade commander General Arkady Marzoev, the brigade participated in the battles for Debaltseve in January – first half of February 2015. In 2023–2024, the 138th brigade operated in the Kupyansk direction, particularly in the battles for Synkivka, which was noted by Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu. Data on the current (2022–2026) commander of the division/brigade and consolidated losses has not been found in open sources.
