The 467th Guards Moscow-Tartu Red Banner District Training Center for Junior Specialists traces its history back to the 130th Rifle Division (1942) and has functioned as a district training center since 1987. It includes the 523rd Training Motorized Rifle Regiment (Pakino settlement) and the 44th Training Tank Regiment (Vladimir-21), which train driver-mechanics and other junior specialists, including for subsequent deployment to the combat zone against Ukraine.
