Involvement in crimes / areas of activity
On March 11, 2022, in a forest area between the villages of Yasnohorodka and Nehrashi in Kyiv Oblast, the 'Fila' group of the 4th detachment of the 8th Special Operations Forces Regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in a fleeting fire contact (approximately 10 minutes), eliminated Major Alexander Fyodorov, the head of communications — deputy chief of staff of the 103rd Missile Brigade, who was reconnoitering the area as part of a reconnaissance group (presumably for deploying 'Iskander' OTRK firing positions capable of reaching western regions of Ukraine and NATO logistics hubs). The incident, with reference to InformNapalm, was first reported in open sources, and details were later confirmed by one of the SSO operation participants in an interview with '24 Kanal'. InformNapalm also indicated the involvement of servicemen of the 103rd Missile Brigade in war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine (a general characteristic without detailing specific episodes).
