The 91st Command and Control Brigade provides critical communications and command and control for the 2nd Guards Combined Arms Army. Since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the brigade has actively participated in supporting the operations of the 2nd CAA. This includes supporting its initial offensives in the northern direction (e.g., Sumy Oblast), subsequent redeployments to the Izyum-Kupiansk direction, as well as ongoing operations along the Svatove-Kreminna line and, reportedly, in the Avdiivka direction. Although the brigade is not a direct combat unit, its role is crucial for coordinating troop movements, logistics, and fire support, thereby enabling the overall military operations of the 2nd CAA, which has been engaged in various combat missions.
