The 43rd Separate Naval Assault Aviation Regiment (military unit 59882) of the Black Sea Fleet, based at Saki airfield in occupied Crimea, is one of the regiments whose personnel Ukrainian intelligence publicly accused of war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion.

The 43rd Separate Naval Assault Aviation Sevastopol Red Banner Naval Aviation Regiment of the Black Sea Fleet was re-formed in 2014 at Novofedorivka airfield near Saki in occupied Crimea; it is armed with Su-30SM and Su-24M aircraft. The regiment has been participating in the war against Ukraine since the very beginning of the full-scale invasion. In March 2022, the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published a list of the regiment's servicemen accused of war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine, including the names of specific pilots (e.g., Andrey Kiselev). HUR noted that some of the regiment's pilots were subsequently shot down and taken prisoner by Ukraine.
