According to open registry data, while serving as commander of an air assault platoon of the 234th Air Assault Regiment of the 76th Air Assault Division of the Russian Airborne Forces, he exercised direct command over the personnel of the unit and personally participated in ground combat operations on the territory of Ukraine.

There are reasonable grounds to believe that the individual is involved in committing war crimes against the civilian population during the occupation of settlements (particularly in the Kyiv region, Bucha), including cruel treatment, illegal detentions, torture, and extrajudicial executions of civilians who did not participate in hostilities.

The aforementioned actions are an integral part of Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine and simultaneously bear signs of grave violations of the laws and customs of war.

Furthermore, the individual did not exercise the right to refuse to carry out a clearly criminal order, the obligation not to execute which is stipulated by norms of international law, thereby becoming an accomplice to the crime. The individual has been declared suspected under Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
