In the village of Knyaze-Volkonskoye (garrison of military unit 51460), an explosive device planted in a mailbox and detonated remotely exploded in the entrance of house No. 55; Lieutenant Colonel Alexey Kuzmenko was killed, and several others were wounded. According to media reports, the target was an assassination attempt on Major General Omurbekov, who lives in a different entrance of the same building and was not harmed.
