Egorov Dmitriy Pavlovich is a colonel, regimental commander — military unit 75715 — 182nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment, 326th Heavy Bomber Aviation Division of Long-Range Aviation of the Russian Long-Range Aviation Command.

According to open registries, while serving as commander of the 182nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment of the 326th Heavy Bomber Aviation Division of Long-Range Aviation of the Air Force of the Russian Aerospace Forces, he exercised direct command of the aviation regiment, which is armed with strategic missile carriers (specifically Tu-95MS), systematically involved in launching missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine.

There are reasonable grounds to believe that this individual is involved in issuing criminal orders to crews to launch air-launched cruise missiles against densely populated cities, energy and civilian infrastructure facilities that are not military targets, resulting in mass casualties among the civilian population and large-scale destruction.

These actions constitute a component of the Russian Federation's aggressive war against Ukraine and simultaneously contain signs of violations of the laws and customs of war.

Furthermore, the individual did not exercise the right to refuse to carry out a clearly criminal order, the obligation not to fulfill which is stipulated by norms of international law, thus becoming an accomplice to the crime.
