According to open registries, while serving as commander of an aviation squadron (on Tu-95MS aircraft) of the 182nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment of the 326th Heavy Bomber Aviation Division of the Long-Range Aviation Command of the Air Force of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation, he directly commanded the unit and personally participated in combat sorties.

There are reasonable grounds to believe that this individual is involved in organizing and directly executing criminal orders for launching air-launched cruise missiles against densely populated cities, energy and civilian infrastructure objects that are not military targets, resulting in mass civilian deaths and large-scale destruction.
